Installation on BOBI BOW stand
The BOBI BOW stand is installed behind the letterbox. It fits all Bobi letterbox modells except B-modells that have an access door on the backside. All fittings and fixing instructions are included in the stand package.
For installing you need a drill, 6-7 mm drillbit made from hardened steel, measuring tape and a spade to dig the mounting hole.
We recommend using concrete for a secure and solid installation. If you are uncertain about the placement please contact your local postoffice prior to your installation. More measurement information for installation here.
There are 4 preformed holes on the back of the letterbox.
Using a 6-7 mm drillbit made from hardened steel...
Drill out the holes with low speed and clean the holes.
Ready for fastening.
No drilling needed for BOBI BELLA and BOBI XPRESS letterboxes. They have readymade fastening holes.
All the fittings are provided....
Fasten the parts together.
Dig ca. 40 cm deep mounting hole.
Check the level and the correct height...
Fill the mounting hole with gravel or concrete.
